About Me

I am a Licensed Massage Therapist specializing in Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, and basic trigger point techniques. I care deeply about my clients’ experience during our sessions and their overall health. For my clients who are seeking relief from chronic pain, a recent accident or injury, I tailor their sessions around the areas they want to focus on and provide aftercare stretching and strengthening exercises to help aid in the recovery and rehabilitation process. For my clients who turn to massage for relaxation and stress relief, I provide an environment of warmth, comfort and calm so that their time with me is relaxing and rejuvenating from start to finish. I am very flexible when it comes to finding a time that works with their schedules.
I started my own practice right as I finished my schooling at Altierus Career College and passed my LMT licensing exam. ​Like anyone, I have my own life outside of my work. I was born in Portland, OR and moved to Hillsboro at a young age. I definitely know my way around Northern Oregon. The beach has always been my escape to relax and recenter myself, while downtown Portland is a favorite spot for me to connect with my friends and have a great time. I’ve always had a passion for music and consider myself a music enthusiast. I’ve even performed at a couple open mic nights. I’m very fortunate and grateful that my parents exposed me to a variety of artists while growing up; it’s truly helped me find my own tune!

The clinic is located at 9th and SE Cedar Street with plenty of street parking in front of the building.
